Unified Zero Trust platform
A unified security approach from endpoint to cloud workload
Xcitium’s Unified Zero Trust approach brings endpoint protection and automatic containment together with CNAPP, secure email and web gateways, and IT Service Management. How these features work together depends on integration and licensing configuration.
Discuss your requirements↗
One environment, several security domains
The platform connects endpoint security, cloud workloads, messaging and day-to-day IT operations in a shared risk and response context.
Endpoint detection and containment
EDR provides endpoint detection and remediation. Containment restricts unknown or untrusted files’ access to system resources. Assess EDR and containment as distinct roles.
Cloud posture and workloads through CNAPP
CNAPP combines vulnerability management, compliance monitoring and threat detection for cloud-native applications and hybrid environments. Related capabilities include CWPP for workloads, CSPM for configuration and KSPM for Kubernetes posture.
Email and web gateways
Secure Email Gateway (SEG) protects against phishing, malware and other email threats. Secure Internet Gateway (SIG) filters web threats with real-time threat intelligence; ask about user, domain and remote-access policies.
Day-to-day service operations with ITSM
ITSM includes RMM, patch management, remote access, helpdesk ticketing and mobile-device management for asset oversight, updates, remote support and request resolution alongside security work.
Choose around real workflows
Map responsibilities across security and IT operations: which telemetry is collected, who manages containment policies, which email/web policies apply and which ITSM steps are automated. Use a demonstration to check integration boundaries and licensed modules.

Questions and answers
Does “unified platform” mean every module is included?
A unified platform connects related product areas, but it does not define package or license inclusions. Confirm which modules, integrations and services are included in your option.
How does containment differ from EDR?
EDR detects threats and supports remediation on endpoints, while containment isolates unknown or untrusted files. Confirm how they integrate and are licensed in your technical evaluation.
