Cyber Maturity Assessment

Five areas of security

The questionnaire covers five areas: identifying assets and risks (Identify), safeguards (Protect), detection (Detect), incident response (Respond) and recovery (Recover). These areas provide a starting point for reviewing your security program and identifying improvements.

Start the questionnaire

In Xcitium’s request form, provide your name, phone number, email address and business type. Xcitium emails the questionnaire; after you complete it, the team contacts you to review the results.

What the report covers

Your questionnaire answers help assess security maturity and identify possible weaknesses and process gaps. Use the report to prioritize next steps by risk impact. Discuss with the Xcitium team which findings need further technical validation.

Turn findings into action

Review the report with leadership and the security team to decide where additional evidence or technical validation is needed. Plan recommendations around resources, risk and business context. Treat the questionnaire as a planning input, not as a certification or independent compliance audit.
