SoftMSP’s cybersecurity partner
In April 2025, managed IT provider SoftMSP named Xcitium its strategic cybersecurity partner. ZeroDwell-powered endpoint and cloud protection would extend SoftMSP’s services for SMB and mid-market clients.
What the portfolio includes
The partnership covers endpoint security, MDR/XDR, CNAPP for cloud security and compliance, and IT service management components including patching and RMM. SoftMSP intended to use the portfolio to scale enterprise-grade protection without adding complexity or cost for customers.

According to the April 2025 announcement, SoftMSP clients would also have access to free cloud risk assessments, 24/7 incident response and dedicated threat-containment services through the Xcitium Xcelerate Partner Program. The release listed these as added partner-program benefits.
