Plan before an incident
Xcitium offers 10 hours of incident response at no cost under a 12-month agreement signed before an incident; Xcitium values those hours at $3,500. Document the affected-system inventory, incident contact route, authority to isolate and restore, and evidence access; rehearse the agreed escalation route in advance.
Register with Xcitium
Register and sign the 12-month agreement before an incident occurs.
Contact and response during an incident
Contact Xcitium through its 24/7 channel during an incident. The agreement sets the applicable response terms.
Containment, recovery, and investigation
Xcitium describes ZeroDwell containment, remediation, forensic investigation, a post-incident report, and a possible transition to MDR for ongoing protection.
From initial triage to the incident report
Initial triage identifies affected systems, observed activity and business impact. The team coordinates containment, preserves logs and investigation evidence, and examines the entry path and spread. After remediation and recovery, the incident report brings together the timeline, completed actions and priorities to prevent recurrence.
